While launching Forms following results apperas

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session <18> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.

Solution 1: Recomile the Forms through adadmin

Solution 2: Check if there is any issue with .ear file deployment of Forms
